ETTYL is a brand that celebrates handmade craftsmanship. We offer a curated selection of artisan-crafted tote bags, placemats, planters, rugs, and unique home decor. Most of our products are eco-friendly, sustainable, uniquely designed, and vegan-friendly.

2. Are all your products handmade?

Yes, all our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, many of whom are rural women preserving traditional techniques. Each piece is unique and carries the story of its maker.

3. Are your products eco-friendly and vegan?

Nearly all of our products are made from eco-friendly, biodegradable, and vegan materials like natural jute, cotton, and seagrass. We prioritize sustainability in both materials and packaging.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. 

5. How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Economy Shipping on all orders. Additional shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your selection.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Free Economy Shipping takes 5–8 business days for delivery. For other shipping options and estimated delivery times, please refer to our SHIPPING POLICY.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment’s progress online.

8. What is your return policy?

You may return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For details, please visit our RETURN & REFUND POLICY.

Avoid soaking jute or hand-embroidered products in water. Spot clean with a damp cloth and air dry. Keep out of direct sunlight to maintain color and shape.
